About the function space

This venue has a rich history of serving gold prospectors, street workers and immigrants. Its welcoming nature continues, but the surrounds are much finer.

Particularly in the fantastic roped off Rooftop VIP Area, where you will be treated like royalty all night as you party under the stars. Heating and a retractable roof make it perfect for all seasons.

Pop inside the glass doors to grab a round of drinks at any time, then retreat to your alfresco space to chink glasses with your entourage as your night progresses.

Hit the indoor illuminated dance floor at any stage as the mood takes you, and enjoy our DJ tracks from anywhere on the level.

Canapes and nibbles are made in Retro and will be delivered to your hungry guests fresh and steaming.

Party on here until the early hours on our two levels of revelry.

Fridays and Saturdays 7pm-9pm: Retro and old classics play through this area.

Fridays and Saturdays 9pm-close: The DJ sets up inside and the tunes gradually progress to old school hip hop, RnB and top 40. The music is piped outside.

Illuminated dance floor, disco lights and laser lights are inside for your dancing pleasure.

After your party enjoy the continued fun on this level, or head downstairs to the main dance floor where the DJ plays retro classics until the wee hours.

After your party finishes or your area opens to the public, you are welcome to stick around or head downstairs to the main club area and continue to celebrate. if it is busy enough we are licensed to remain open until 5am.
