The Bourbon has a place in the hearts of many, all over the world. She's ruled Sydney's
entertainment hub for almost four decades, through good times, more good times and the odd
war. The Bourbon closed in 2010 and reopened in 2013 with the grace of Old New Orleans and
the glamour of and soul of Sydney. We will create an experience that is anything but ordinary, with
