About the function space

Established in 1902, the heritage listed Shelbourne Hotel is a superb inner city venue which stands tall on the corner of Market and Sussex streets as a grand tribute to early Federation architecture.

LinQ on level 2 boasts beautiful styling and stunning views over the iconic Darling Harbour.

Textured walls, dark carpet and leather couches create an immediately gorgeous and comfortable room which is the perfect setting for a party.

The bar is situated in the middle of the space, between a relaxed lounge area and a dance floor space with DJ booth.

Great service, delicious food made on-site, and an excellent drinks selection, will impress the most discerning guest.

After your party you can kick on in here or downstairs on the ground floor in the main bar complete with DJs and dancing.

On Saturdays when your party ends and the room opens to the public, guests are welcome to party on in here or downstairs in the main bar free of charge until 3am. Enjoy the DJs' party tracks and the dance floors on 2 levels.

Underage policy

Underage guests are permitted until 11pm, providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.
