About the function space

Located in the heart of busy Brunswick Street Fitzroy, Meatballs & Sons is perfectly positioned for a great function.

The venue has the down-to-earth vibe of an old general store with timber, tiles and grocery merchandis.

The Top Floor of the restaurant is ideal for both a cocktail-style canapé function as well as a sit-down dinner, in very relaxed surroundings. It has a large balcony section that overlooks the action of the main restaurant bar.

As the name suggests, meatballs are our passion and we offer different styles from around the world accompanied by an extensive range of side dishes. Also on the menu are a tempting selection of salads, sliders, ribs, calamari, dough balls and desserts that will feed your guests' guilty pleasures. We pride ourselves on our organic and free-range meat and use the freshest of ingredients to guarantee quality in every dish.

Your guests are welcome to access the main restaurant bar downstairs, or lap up the waiter service upstairs in your private lair. You will get at least 2 private staff to cater your party. We have a fridge on the top floor for icy cold beverages at your whim. Our staff will also run cocktails up from downstairs, to the delight of your guests.
