About the function space

We currently have two main function spaces available for hire either separate or together.both spaces are located on level one of Osti and both have unique qualities to cater for your individual event.The space has a conmbined capacity of 100pax and licensed until 1am.The entire venue is avalible for hire with two levels and four seperate spaces 3seperate bars for up to 180 people.Located in the heart of chapel St its the perfect location for your next event.

Underage policy

Underage guests are permitted until 11, providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.

mon-fri we have separate spaces each can be used all week either from stand up drinks or sit dinners to conference/meeting spaces.
