About the function space

Located in a converted antiques workshop down the hip Windsor end of Chapel Street, Uncommon is a striking function venue that promises an event to remember.

Catering for both standing cocktail style and seated private dining events, bookings are for exclusive use of the entire venue. Host your engagement, wedding, birthday, function, workshop or demonstration under the hanging gardens with flexible food & drink options that are sure to impress. All food is prepared freshly in our kitchen onsite.

The space is available from 5-11pm, 7 days a week. Our liquor licence is until 11pm.
The room can accommodate up to 100 people for a standing cocktail-style function, or up to 75 for a seated private dining event.
The space is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has a disabled toilet.
