The Clayton Hotel, located in the Eastern Suburbs, has a modern and stylish function space that's the perfect venue for hosting memorable events with your friends. Say goodbye to the hassle of traveling into the city and hello to a beautiful setting that will leave a lasting impression.
The function space is located on the first floor (with lift access, of course), and is equipped with excellent facilities such as data projector, sound system, and floorboards perfect for dancing. There are also balconies for alfresco fun. Finger food is made onsite as well.
The space's remarkable versatility allows for clever partitioning to achieve the ideal layout:
Lunico - This is the name of the entire space, which can accommodate up to 100-120 people standing. It has a rectangular layout with two bars comprised of tiles and classic stone: one on one of the long ends and another on the side of the other end.
Antonio Room - In the middle of the full space, there's a partition that can be closed. This means you have one bar on the side as a great space that can fit about 50-60 people standing. This is a more cosy space, which makes sense for smaller functions, and is the price we've listed.
Smoking area: Private balcony, covered and heated in winter.

Underage parties may be permitted with restriction in place. Please enquire with the Functions manager to discuss further.

Underage policy
Underage guests are permitted until 10pm, providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.
