Henry Sugar prides itself on providing a relaxed atmosphere while creating and serving exceptional flavour-driven food. There is a skilled pastry and dessert chef in-house, and everything else is crafted on premises; from the freshly baked bread right down to the handcrafted ice creams in the renowned desserts.

The same approach carries over to the bar which boasts house-crafted and fermented sodas and tonics, and a focus on small artisan spirit producers, minimal intervention wine, and craft beer.

The decor is classic and simple, a great backdrop for amazing flavours and service.

Henry Sugar can host intimate, degustation style lunches or dinners for up to 30 people, or full venue cocktail and canape events for groups of up to 90.
