About the function space
Check out this versatile function space in the heart of the CBD.
Full BYO is permitted, including food, drinks and alcohol. Full DJ setup and sound system available, as well as karaoke system and projector with internet access and USB input.
Pool table, darts and board games are also on offer, as well as a wireless microphone, mixer and extensive AV equipment. If not used these are placed in storage.
The venue was specially designed to be a function space. Full venue buy-out also available, allowing event promoters to take 100% of all ticket, food, drink and drink sales.
Capacity is 150 club-style, or 100 if you set up tables and want some empty space.

TWO HIRE OPTIONS:
1. FREE VENUE HIRE (Minimum Spend): $150 per hour spend on drinks/food. (Extra spend required for BYO food.)
2. BYO DRINKS & FOOD (Hire charge applies): $100 per hour hire charge - BYO drinks/food.
Hire available 24 hours, min. 2 hours hire. Licensed until 1:30am on weekends.
We have given an example of a 5 hour duration which would be 5 x $150 min spend = $750 minimum spend. You can go longer or shorter.
Prices listed are for private bookings. Extra charge will apply if selling tickets to your event.
Underage policy
Underage guests are permitted until close (4am), providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.
