This East African inspired bar and kitchen is right in the heart of Melbourne.

Its name (pronounced pol-eh-pol-eh) means ‘go slowly' and reminds us to live in the moment, but that is for the patrons and not the staff. Our highly trained functions team, waiters and mixologists will provide exceptional service and make your party truly unique.

We proudly serve African and local boutique beers, crafty cocktails, and fine wines. Our tasty food is designed for sharing and ideal for parties.

This roped off Front Room overlooks bustling Little Collins Street, and boasts warm lighting and raw and rustic interior design. It comes complete with a private slice of the bar.

Along with the exceptional service, you'll feel the good vibes with the carefully selected beats playing in the not too distant background.
