About the function space

This super cool venue on upstairs of Blute's Bar is renowned for hosting great entertainment with an exceptional vibe.

The front room can be sectioned off for you and has plenty of seating and big glorious windows looking out over the street.

Access to the bar is easy, and you can run a bar tab, allow guests to buy their own drinks or a combination of both.

Regading catering we can team up with a local cafe to provide light snacks, or you can bring food in if you'd prefer.

After we open your space to the public, party on with us and enjoy our awesome tunes and fun dancey vibe.

Before 8pm: enjoy our in-house tunes, including soul, jazz, funk and old timey rock'n'roll hits.

8pm - close Fri and Sat: Either we have a great local, national or international band playing down the other end of the venue or our DJ sets up and plays a catalogue of funk, soul, jazz, disco, ska, reggae, punk, alternative, blues, rock'n'roll, 60s psychedelia, rock, 80s electro and hip hop. They mix in rare and obscure stuff with plenty of classics, as well as some requests. There is lots of dancing and frivolity, so stick around and enjoy.
