About the function space

Welcome to the Limes Hotel, a 21 room boutique hotel and rooftop bar on the Valley Fringe.

More than just a hotel bar, Limes rooftop bar is a sophisticated community-based urban hub, with decor that takes the venue from Miami fun in the afternoon sun, to New York pool party at night.

Set amidst the urban sprawl of Brisbane's Valley Fringe, Limes rooftop is the ideal setting for sipping martinis with friends or sharing a fancy cocktail jug amongst the Brisbane style set. It includes private use of two fabulous plunge pools.

Poolside is Limes' premier function space, featuring uber cool styling, striking astro turf and plunge pools. That's right - your very own twilight pool party. Rest assured that it has a retractable roof, making it suitable in all weather conditions.

Limes has a preferred choice of caterer and can happily send you a menu. But the power is in your hands to source your own choice of food if you wish. The team believes that if you want to eat cake, 'let them eat cake'.

You own small bar will serve beers, wines and basic spirits, as well as a couple of your chosen cocktails. The main bar is available, and can be your go-to spot for fancy beverages after the venue opens to the public.

For the complete celebration package, you can request a special accommodation rate for you and your guests. Party hard, then sink into your own on-premises king size bed.

The package is for 3 hours, however you can start at 2pm, 3 pm… whenever suits you. Additional hours are $50 per hour but the latest is 12am finish.

The listed min spend is based on $80 per head (increasing to $90 in November and December) and a minimum of 30 guests.

The minimum spend will increase if you have more than 30 guests.
