About the function space

The Grand on Stanley focuses solely on functions and events, ensuring utmost exclusivity for your special occasion.

You may decorate the space as you wish and will have your choice of catering, including the ability to park a food truck in the rear lane. There is no kitchen onsite, however the bar stocks a modest range of snacks.

The drinks menu offers three beers on tap, some cocktails, a basic selection of wine and a wide variety of spirits. Also, requests for special drinks or cocktails for your special day, are more than welcome.

The basement has a purpose built photobooth that can be hired with a photographer to complement your next function. It has a great range of 1920s Gatsby and Gangster themed props for you and your guests to enjoy. All photos will be made available to download after the event.

Meanwhile the Grand Loft sits above the bar and is accessed through an external separate hidden door. It's a 100sqm open space with 4m high ceilings, clean white walls and polished timber boards. This multipurpose space can be included in your hire. It has been used for events including art gallery, drunk painting, yoga, training seminars, dance studio and even an engagement party turned into a surprise wedding with all the guests filling out of the bar and upstairs to the waiting bride and groom!
