Extreme mess will incur extra charges.
The venue covers We cover personal liability insurance for one-off private parties eg 18th, 21st, weddings.
Other hirers (e.g. putting on concerts, community events) have to supply their own.
The venue is not licensed but people can apply for a limited licence for their event.
Underage policy
Underage guests are permitted until close (1am), providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.
