About the function space

Situated right next to Brunswick Train Station and a short stroll from Sydney Road, this venue is a haven for locals and excursionists alike. Bar 291 is often described as an adult playground (and not the seedy kind). The Bar's regular prices are cheaper than most specials in the area, which means a great value function in a cool spot.

The Main Venue consists of two areas optionally separated by a velvet curtain, featuring a private lounge and bar on one end and a profession stage, sound system, dance floor and lights at the other.

Separate the zones or unite the parties into one - the choice is yours!

There is also a shared beer garden for smokers and seekers of fresh air.
