The Island Suite at the Esplanade Hotel is a large function space located upstairs and featuring a sweeping balcony overlooking Marine Terrace. This heritage-listed venue is in the original part of the hotel built in the early 1900s.
The balcony doors and windows bring in natural light and look out over the trees and parkland across the road. For weddings and other events, the tree-top view, natural light and heritage décor provide a unique setting with plenty of room for a dance floor. The balcony is a gorgeous spot for your wedding photos and selfies, and a distinctive feature that your guests can enjoy throughout the reception.
The catering team will prepare fresh function eats onsite to keep everyone sated, and a portable pop up bar will serve delectable drinks.
