About the function space

Southern Cross Club Jamison offers stylish decor, beautiful lawns and a choice of delicious and affordable menus ranging from brasserie specials to gourmet pizzas. All food is made onsite, which means fresh food and satisfied guests.

The Catchpoles Room is a lovely, intimate space with a split level design and full length windows which overlook the lush garden.

Theme your party to make the most of what is essentially two or three versatile rooms on two levels. Ideal for cocktail parties, Catchpoles has the upstairs area for chilling out, and the downstairs area for dancing, plus the mezzanine area with its own bar.

So whether upstairs or down or on all 3 levels, your party remains cohesive and your guests are never far away from quenching their party thirsts.

An alfresco smoking area is just outside the room, as is a grassed playing area for kids (and adults!).

The club also has a childrens area with play equipment and a games room as well.

Listed food charge is based on the maximum capacity of 90 guests.

$10 X 90 = $900

The $300 min drinks spend can be waived if there is no tray service or bar in your room. In that case, guests can use the Main Bar at no charge.

One designated person must be a club member to sign in all the other function guests. Fees range from $5 to $25 depending on length of membership and concessions.

Underage policy

Underage guests are permitted until close (12am), providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.
