About the function space

This bar and late night venue is spread over two floors and conveniently situated in bustling Fitzroy Street, St Kilda.

Back Lounge is a semi-private area situated downstairs where all the action happens. Watch from your VIP room, as the DJ amps up the night and the dance floor starts moving. Use the dance floor and bar which are only a few steps away, or remain in your private lair with waiter service included so that you don't have to hit the public area until you are ready.

Delicious treats made in the venue will accompany the fantastic drinks. Whatever your budget and requirements, Robarta can cater for a fabulous soiree.

Robarta closes its doors at 7am so your party can continue well beyond midnight on both levels of the venue.

During your function: Enjoy our commercial house which plays on this floor. From 10pm a DJ sets up and amps things up a bit. You have a separate control in Back Lounge so can turn the music up, down or off as you please.

After your function: Remain in the space or go elsewhere on the level and enjoy the commercial tunes. Or head upstairs to The Nest for some deep/tech house.

There is a 24 hour licence, so functions are available at any time.

Guests get free entry for the duration of the function. The Back Lounge will open to the public at midnight. At this time you are welcome to stay there and continue to celebrate, or head upstairs for a different vibe.

Underage policy

Underage guests are permitted until 11pm, providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.
