On the western foreshore of the CBD, is this historic Sydney wharfside hotel. The Sussex Hotel has moved with the times and grown up with Sydney. It is now a versatile venue with multiple bars and a courtyard, while retaining the rich character of its past.

There is a modern bistro and a Thai eatery, making meals a tough choice. Meanwhile several bars will quench your thirst and there are regular events including trivia nights to fill your diary with.

Christmas parties and birthdays go down well here, and the Sussex team doesn't disappoint.
