Did someone say gin yoga? Those are OP's two favourite things. Therefore it is of great interest to learn that Manly Spirits Co. conducts classes amidst the stills and you get a primo G&T after. I'll drink to that!

But let's start from the start. This artisan distillery blends the carefree nature of the Northern Beaches with the precision that the team brings to the gins, vodkas, whiskeys and liqueurs crafted onsite. Botanicals are key and while the crew know their stuff, they aren't afraid to experiment.

You can do tastings, take a tour, or just relax with a cocktail. And then leave with a bottle of house gin, which comes in several varieties. It's a steam punk vibe with great spirits to sip on.

But wait, back to that yoga...
