Gone are the days of sticky carpet, downmarket decor, Hungarian food and the weekly 'Tits and Schnitz' night with topless waitresses serving schitzels.

The Newmarket has now joined the league of gastro pubs, and blends great food with a fab Californian-inspired interior (and menu) designed by Six Degrees.

They have maintained the old red brick facade and married it with contemporary cool. A mix of indoor and outdoor spaces meld seamlessly, creating an environment suitable for all seasons. There is a mix of red, brown, black and yellow recycled brick, marble, tin pressed ceilings and iconic retro style chairs.

Outdoor Area / Beer Garden

A very airy outdoor beer garden comes complete with cosy corner banquettes and planters for shade.
